Why won't full tilt poker let me play for real money?

i have an account at my house and i won some money playing freerolls and now that i am on vacation i instlled ftp on a different computer and it says that my balance is gone and that i only have play chips in my account. it wont even let me spectate real money table either in fact the whole real money tab is missing. how do i fix this
